She has been racing optimist for 1 1/2 years and has competed in Stateside regattas, the Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico.  She sails and trains in Ponce Puerto Rico on Thursdays after guitar lessons and all day Saturdays with her Coach and teammates.  On Tuesdays it's "free" water day and she generally chooses to windsurf if the winds are light or sailing her optimist while her Mom Kite surfs or windsurfs along side.  When not sailing with her Coach she also enjoys "cross country" sailing with her Mom on the paddle board and will often sail/paddle 7 miles open ocean from the Yacht Club to their home.

During the winter months when things cool off she enjoys playing tennis with the Ponce/Hilton Team on Mondays and Wednesdays.
